I developed a refined yet approachable brand identity that captures Carrie’s balance of elegance and warmth. The logo design centers on a modern icing swirl paired with complementary typography — Above the Beyond Script for “Carrie’s” and Copperplate Gothic 29 BC for “Cakes.”

A neutral yet inviting color palette — light blush, beige, warm orangey-blush, and deep chocolate — reflects her baked goods while appealing to both wedding and event audiences. The tone of voice was crafted to feel VIP but not pretentious, emphasizing exclusivity, artistry, and memorable flavors. This strong foundation positioned Carrie’s Cakes as more than just a local baker — but as a boutique experience.
